Monthly Pause Fee

A monthly fee of £25 applies while your membership is paused to maintain access to your apps and account.

30 days’ notice
All membership pause requests require a minimum of 30 days’ notice.

Cancelling while your membership is paused
If your membership is paused due to injury, pregnancy or another approved reason, your membership will resume during your 30-day notice period and your normal monthly membership fee will apply.

Thinking of taking a break?
Please bear in mind that if you cancel your membership, your current pricing and place at Strength & Bloom can’t be held. If you decide to return in the future, you’ll be subject to the membership rates and availability at that time.
